To whom it may concern,

My family living in Singapore would like to send me a laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro 7), including a separate keyboard and stylus. It was purchased for me as a gift because I need a machine which allows me to submit work for my technology classes which are usually done in the computer laboratory at my college, but I am unable to do so since the whole school year is now online and my current laptop is not compatible with the work. Thus, I would like to kindly ask for a permit that would allow me to receive the laptop.
