Anti terrorist clearance is this real?
Air Courier Delivery is saying that i need to pay 30,000 pesos for anti terrorist clearance. 
Is this real?

Hi. My friend sent me a package from texas. It arrived on December 4, 2022. The Air courier Delivery said i need to pay 15,000 pesos for the Customs Clearance charge. I paid for it. Now they are saying that they detected money from the package. They are saying i need to pay 30,000 pesos for the Anti terrorist certificate. Or the customs will arrest me.

If the mode of payment of the said charges is through money remittance or personal bank account, we affirm this is a scam. We recommend that you cut your transaction and communication with your chatmate as we have already handled those types of modus by the scammers instructing you to transfer money to a named person.

For future reference, please be advised that The Bureau of Customs does not accept payment through personal bank accounts or any money remittances. The Bureau's personnel does not directly communicate through phone calls or text messages to the consignee/recipient.
