Good Day Ma'am/Sir,

I would like to request for information regarding OBM permit/clearance issuance for my shipment under EMS express. My package was sent from Okinawa, Japan and my courier is requesting for OBM permit. The current status of my package is for custom clearance. ON this phase, I needed to submit the said permit in order to continue the process of my shipment. My package contains 31 units of CDs and it is for my personal use or collection.
