Hi I would like to request an information regarding my parcel.

I want to know if Global Lotte's Logistic is a legit cargo company because I was expecting a package from my boyfriend at Denmark. The package was already here in the Philippines. I already paid for the shipping and clearance fee and was expecting the package to be delivered but upon completion of payment they are now requiring me to have anti-terrorist certificate because they found money on my package which was sent to me by my boyfriend.

How will I acquire the certificate? and is it legit?

They also didn't send me the tracking number of my parcel even if I asked for it a multiple times.

Please be informed that the Bureau of Customs does not accept payment through GCASH, Personal Bank Account or any Money Remittance and also the bureau's personnel does not directly communicate through phone call or text message to the consignee/recipient. Upon verification, we affirm that this is a scam. We suggest you should not give away money as your package does not really exist. For complaints against online scam, it is advisable that you may have this matter directly coordinated with the PNP Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), for appropriate action.
