Hi,

Hope you can help me gather the following information regarding car the leasing/financing industry in the country:
  
-Specific requirements and permits that need to be obtained in establishment of car leasing/financing business 
-Import/export restriction on used cars (including national industry protection policy, if any, and restriction on specific parts, etc.)
-Requirement of obtaining business transport license for people and freight for a fee (for both driver and vehicle)
-Statistics on foreign investments (particularly Japanese) in this industry
