Your Request

You asked for Top Importers for 2022.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Attached the copy of the office response regarding on the said request to the Top Importers for 2022, stated that, the request may require the disclosure of personal information of Importers, this relates to the R.A. No. 10667 otherwise known as the " Philippine Competition Act". However, the Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations may allow the disclosure of personal information to the minimum extent necessary to the purpose, function or activity concerned.

In compliance with the aforesaid statute, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) hereto provides the Top Ten (10) Importers for the year 2022, as follows:

3. GlaxoSmithKline Philippines, Inc.
4. Unilever Philippines, Inc.
5. Chevron Philippines, Inc.
6. Nestle Philippines, Inc.

9. Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc.
10. Toyota Motor Philippines

Your right to request a review
