Your Request

You asked for Documentary Requirements, Criteria for Consideration, Processing Time and Procedure.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of application form and checklist of requirements. The application with complete supporting documents have to be filed with the BOI at least one month before the filing of the Income Tax Return in which the extension would be utilized. The 3 criteria for qualification may be seen in the form. If the firm is found to be qualified, it will informed in writing when the ITH extension is granted by the Board. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <insert name of Secretary and postal/e-mail address>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
