I would like to know to whom should we ask for assistance regarding the issuance of  "Certificate of Production Capacity"

This is due to an increase in orders and in the process of increasing the amount of our customs bonds for our Customs Bonded Warehouse.  One of the requirements for doing so is a "Certificate of Production Capacity issued by an independent authority (i.e. Board of Investment).
