You asked for 2012 BOI RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE AVAILMENT OF INCOME TAX HOLIDAY EXTENSION.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Please note that we are only able to provide an unsigned copy of the requested rules and regulations. Furthermore, any changes were implemented and published on the Investments Priorities Plan of a given year rather than an actual amendment to the said rules.
