Hi I would like to request a List of Companies with Issued Certificate from period January 1,2019 to January 1,2022 re: qualifying on BIR Revenue Regulations 13-2018 on Implementing VAT Provisions of RA 10963, whose registered operations are located in the Province of Surigao Del Norte and Province Dinagat Island, respectively. This is to support my Thesis proposal. Thank you.

Please be informed, pursuant to Art. 81 of E.O. 226, we cannot provide such list of companies that were issued certifications on VAT Zero Rating.
