I'm Mark Bacabac from the Southern Philippines University of Science and Technology. Writing my architecture thesis at the moment. I'm interested in finding out more about Gamedev Philippines and how they:

1) What are the criteria for International Game Development Studio to setup in the Philippines?

2) What are the benefits here in the Philippines?

3) Are there any Laws, Rules and Regulations?
