1.	Application of San Ramon Power Inc., a coal-fired power plant project with a 100MW capacity, located in barangay San Ramon, Zamboanga City, to the Board of Investments (BOI) and the current status of their application;
2.	If there’s any application, its current status; and
3.	Any other relevant matters pertaining to its application.
