I would like to secure complete information on the prevailing laws and administrative rules and regulations implemented and the government certifications and clearances required covering prospect foreigners investing in the Philippines including rules in securing their investors visa and the restrictions and prohibitions involving such investments and the corresponding incentives and tax exemptions...
