Dear Chin-Chin Mirhan,

In response to your request dated Feb 23, 2020  for specifications and requirements for modular housing,  please be informed that albeit such housing component or activity is listed in our Investment Priorities Plan (IPP) we do not have, however, the expertise  to provide such technical information.

To assist and provide you with the requested information,  may I suggest that you communicate or get in touch with the Accreditation of Innovative Technologies for Housing (AITECH)  secretariat which holds office at NHA.    AITECH accredits system for innovative technologies for housing.   It also responds to queries and requests about  indigenous and innovative building materials/systems for housing production.  I understand that most of the modular housing components are evaluated and accredited by AITECH.
