Hi! I would like to request information regarding the inputs in Pineapple Commodity (PH).

1) Seed variants available in the country, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country

2) Fertilizers used in planting pineapple, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country

3) Agrochemicals/Pesticides used in planting pineapple, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country

4) Agricultural Machineries needed for pineapple commodity, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country

5) List of Pineapple Plantations/Companies

You asked for Input Subsector of Pineapple.

1) Seed variants available in the country, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country - Please see attached link of seed catalogues, or the National seed industry council approved varieties of different crops including pineapples. https://nsic.buplant.da.gov.ph/seed%20catalogue.php


2) Fertilizers used in planting pineapple, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country - Please contact the Fertilizer and Pesticides Authority

3) Agrochemicals/Pesticides used in planting pineapple, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country - Please contact the Fertilizer and Pesticides Authority

4) Agricultural Machineries needed for pineapple commodity, its prices and the overall volume used/produced in the country - Please contact the DA-Philmech on this

5) List of Pineapple Plantations/Companies - We do not have the list of plantations as we only issue Good Agricultural Practices certificates for those who secure PhilGAP certs. and Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries standards for organic pineapple plantation as they are the certifying body for organic crops.
