Good Day!

I am a student from St. Paul College, Pasig. We are conducting a study in which we will be needing the authentication and certification of a plant sample to get its scientific name. The plant is guava leaves, I would like to inquire about the process for authentication, identification, and certification.

Would we need to directly provide a sample and bring it to the institution, or would a photograph suffice?
What requirements and documents shall be filed out for the process?
How much will the cost be for the verification & certification?

Hoping for your kind reply, thank you!
