Hi! I'm an undergraduate student at Xavier University studying natural products and their medicinal use. To continue my thesis study, I would need to acquire a certificate of plant authentication for the plants I would be studying. My question is basically:

1) Where and how do I get the certificate of plant authentication?

Response to Request

The Bureau of Plant Industry-Crop Research and Production Support Division can process Online Plant Authentication but only for Agricultural Food Crops. Kindly refer to the following requirements.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANT ID
1. Request letter addressed to:
GERALD GLENN F. PANGANIBAN, Ph.D.
Director
Bureau of Plant Industry
(For students- In school's letterhead, signed by the students and adviser)
2. Actual photo of the plants (Complete parts if possible)
3. Duly filled-up Plant Identification form (Kindly find attached form)
