I am a researcher from the University of the Philippines, currently working under a project of the Emerging Inter-Disciplinary Research (EIDR) Program, entitled "SABA: Sustainability of Banana Wastes Upcycling and Utilization Across the Food Chain Value". We are reaching out to request data regarding the production volumes of banana-derived products such as:
-Banana ketchup
-Banana chips
-Banana for animal feed
-Banana flour
-Banana snacks (turon, etc.)
-Banana-derived organic fertilizer
