The BPI Crop Pest Management Division (CPMD) could give data on pests and diseases affecting sweet potatoes based on historical data from the regions. Unfortunately, we don't have a shapefile with flood-prone areas. For more information please contact CPMD at 8236-0598 /8236-0598 / 0918-959-1760 cpmd@buplant.da.gov.ph.
