Good day sir Sid Ivan!
This is in reference to your request regarding the data for the number of dragon fruit farms in the Philippines. Sorry for the late response to your queries. We regret to inform you that we do not have data for the number of dragon fruit farms in the Philippines, since the Bureau of Plant Industry can only accredit farms with registered dragon fruit variety. For possible additional information regarding the dragon fruit plant and production concern kindly refer to the links attached. 
Additionally, dragon fruit can thrive well in the Philippines specially to the Regions of Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Central Luzon and Central Visayas.
