Greetings!
I am a 5th-year architecture student from National University, and I am currently working on my thesis. I am proposing a Coffee Research Center or facility with an Agritourism component in Amadeo, Cavite. I would like to ask about the coffee post-harvest processing and cupping laboratory as part of my research. 

1. Do you have any information regarding the said facility? 
2. What are the space requirements for this facility? 
3. Are there any other existing coffee research facilities in the Philippines?

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
The coffee-cupping facility of BSU occupies around 30 square meters, the space was already there before it was turned into a coffee cupping facility so there was no standard area followed. For information about other coffee-cupping facilities in the country, the Department of Agriculture may be of better help.
