Hi! I would like to request the following information,

Monthly Outstanding and Guaranteed Domestic and External Debt from January 1986 to December 2020.

The historical series is not available in the BTr website. This data will be used by our office in the Senate for proposing legislation measures as well as monitoring and forecast key macroeconomic and fiscal indicators amid the pandemic.
