1)  Total Outstanding Public debt for both Domestic and Foreign
from 1971-1986
2) GDP Growth rate from 1971-2017
3) Government Primary balance and Expenditure from 1971-2017

Thank you for your request dated Mar 16, 2018 10:48:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Earliest data for Public sector debt. Particularly:
1)  Total Outstanding Public debt for both Domestic and Foreign from 1971-1986
2) GDP Growth rate from 1971-2017
3) Government Primary balance and Expenditure from 1971-2017

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved. Enclose is a copy of some of the information you requested pertaining to Revenues and Expenditures (including Interest Payments) from 1950-2017. Note that recorded Interest Payments only started in 1976.

The other information requested are not generated by the Treasury and can be sourced from the concerned agencies, particularly NEDA/Phil Statistics Authority (GDP) and DOF (Public Sector Debt). In case you need National Government (Central) debt, I am enclosing data for the period 1976-2017.
