To whom it may concern,

I'm Marianne Rose N. Cervantes, a financial management student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines San Juan Campus. I'm reaching out to you to ask for a copy of the Bureau of the Treasury's Responsibility Statement and Code of Ethics. After several hours of searching it on the internet, I couldn't seem to find it and thought that reaching out directly to the Treasury would be a better idea. It would be nice if someone could help me out with my research. Thank you!
