Hi,

I would like to request of the Philippines' yearly breakdown of national debt for the years 1965 up to 1989 (if there is). If possible, could your good office break it down to internal and external debt amounts? Your positive response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Respectfully yours,
Joselito Torculas
