On behalf of our client Petron Corporation, we are requesting from your esteemed office a letter certifying that the following international air carriers of Philippine and foreign registry, as listed in Annex “A,”, attached herein, have been issued or not issued the following permits:
1.	Foreign Air Carrier’s Permit;
2.	Permit to Operate International Air Transportation Services, whether scheduled or non-scheduled; 
3.	Permit to Operate Domestic Air Transportation Services, whether scheduled or non-scheduled; and/or
4.	Other relevant permits (charter flights);

Our records show that CAB sent our reply last 23 June 2017.
