Good day! We are 4th year students from the Philippine State College of Aeronautics conducting a study entitled Analysis of Human/Crew Errors in Operational Communication from the Human Systems Integration (HSI) Perspective. As part of our study, we will be conducting a survey and we will be needing the total number of pilots and flight dispatchers deployed at NAIA (all terminals) this year as they will be our respondents.
