good day, i respectfully request data of the average airport fees and charges of Bohol–Panglao International Airport which includes the following but not limited to: 
Passenger Fees/charges
Take off /landing fees/Runway fees/Runway movement/Navigational Service Charge
Parking fees
Terminal fees
Concessionaires rent per sq/meter or rent per/month
Ground Transport Operator Fees

in the pre pandemic era of the years 2018-2019
