1) Your plan or proposed project for Climate Change Commission Research and Development in New Clark City and if you have a prospective site for this already. (In the website of Municipality of Capas, they have already allotted 5-hectares for this project.)

2) Facilities and their Technical Description; also if you have rough estimate of users for these facilities.
