‘Formal requests for retrieval at the archives of short film entitled: {PP.1017} lispong Terorista by Fred L. REBADULLA II were thematic institutionalized banned for exhibition a curatorial work of 
Mr. Eduardo "Ed" Cabagnot at CCP Film, Broadcast and New Media Division office of Cultural Center of the Philippines in the 4th Cinemalaya Film Festival was held from July 11-until 20, 2008 an oppressive regime of Former Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and lingering parallelism current administration of Duterte at height of Martial Law aside Covid-19 Pandemic & its New Variants.
