You asked for Audited Financial Statement of Multi-Purpose Cooperatives in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the latest available data is as of December 31, 2022 only. We regret that we cannot provide the Audited Financial Statements of the cooperatives as this would be a violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

However, we have included in the list, the official email addresses of the cooperatives that you requested where you can contact them. Please see the attached list for your reference.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. Good day

Thank you for the fast response. But I have a few more request. I am requesting for all the MULTI-PURPOSE COOP operating in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. This includes other MULTI-PURPOSE COOP from other place that has a branch in Nabunturan. For example: TAGUM COOP, SAFRAGEMC COOP, etc. These 2 mention Coops are not included from your list.
