Good Day!

Thank you for accepting my request. Can I ask for more information aside from what I have requested before? I would also like to request the following which will also be used for my academic research:

1.) Top 5 Best Performing Agricultural Cooperative in Benguet in terms of financial performance and

2.)  The financial statements of the Top 5 Agricultural Cooperative from year 2013-2018.

Bawang Jr. of CDA - CAR Extension Office with office address and telephone number 3/F EDNCP Bldg., 358 Magsaysay Ave., Baguio City / telephone number: (074) 422-0038 email address car@cda.gov.ph,  since the requested cooperative is under their jurisdiction.

Also, you may directly coordinate with the subject cooperative stated in your request if you wish to facilitate the access to their Audited Financial Statement.

Further, you may also course through your other requests to the said extension office.
