Good day. I am a graduate student from University of the Philippines. I would like to request the following data.

Updated masterlist of cooperatives in region 4
1. location
2. type (multipurpose, credit, producer, etc.)
3. number of members
4. number of employees
5. assets 
6. liabilities
7. net income/ net loss
8. number of cooperatives per municipality if Region 4.
9. breakdown of the number of cooperatives per type per municipality
