Hi! Good morning. I am Rae Mart V. Bagayna, Credit Analyst of BINHI MEDFI, a micro-financing institution based in Cagayan de Oro City. I would like to request for the Master List of all Registered Cooperatives in the Philippines from January 2018 to January 2019. 

This is for the research study that I will be conducting with regards to the time deposit rates of each financial institution.
