I refer to my letter of Feb 23, 2020 03:56:33 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Audited Financial Statements of Cooperatives (USPD and LKBP).
Our response to your request is due on Mar 13, 2020 03:56:33 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because the data needed is not available in the CDA Central Office and the same has been coordinated with the concerned CDA Extension Office. Further, this Authority has implemented work from home arrangements relative to the enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID 19 outbreak.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Apr 10, 2020 03:56:33 PM.
