Hello, my name is Herminio B. Liegen Jr., a current employee of PAFCPIC. I am doing my MBA strategic management paper this year and I would like to request the following information:

 1) Top 5 multipurpose cooperatives--in terms of revenue--serving 
      the Armed Forces of the Philippines institutions (i.e. ACDI, 
      PAFCPIC, AFPFC...)
 2) 5 years (2013 - 2017) revenues and membership of the said 
     cooperatives
