I would like to request for a copy of the articles of incorporation and the by laws of Misamis Occidental Electric Cooperative or any other document of similar import that your office can provide. This request is relative to the intended filing of a complaint against said cooperative. If the document/s cannot be coursed through here, please send it to my email instead. Thank you.
