Good Day! I would like to request for information re: registered cooperatives in Philippines as of Sept. 2021. Specifically, I would like to ask for the ff. information:

1. Cooperative Type and Category
2. Assets, Net Surplus & no. of Members
3. Address (classified by province, municipality & street address)

The data will be helpful in the conduct of our feasibility studies as our company is planning to expand its operations soon.
