I refer to my letter of Feb 03, 2020 03:14:08 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual Reports of Metro Manila East Health Services Cooperative for years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Our response to your request is due on Feb 24, 2020 03:14:08 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because the data needed is not available in the CDA Central Office and the same has been coordinated with the concerned CDA Extension Office. Further, this Authority has implemented work from home arrangements relative to the enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID 19 outbreak..
