3. Name of the President

6. Contact No. (if possible)
7. Address (Region, Province, Municipality)
8. Category and Asset Size (e.g. Small, Micro, etc.)
9. Status as of December 2023
10. Assets and Net Surplus

Your Request

You asked for List of Agriculture Cooperatives in the Philippines (as of December 2023).

Response to Request

Please be informed that the latest available data is as of December 31, 2022 only. We cannot provide the contact details of the persons in the cooperative as this would be a violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 since giving the contact details of specific person is a violation of the law.

However, we have included in the list, the official email addresses of the cooperatives that you requested where you can contact them. Please see the attached list for your reference.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda,gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
