Good Day!
May I asked a sample copy of Articles of Cooperation and Bylaws of any Registered CSF Cooperative? This is for us, Digos City CSF Cooperative have a guideline on how to draft the said documents for the organization and registration of our CSF Cooperative to the Cooperative Development Authority.
I am hoping for your positive response.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested since we have yet to register CSF Cooperatives.
