We are a software development company residing in Binondo, Manila, founded in 2015. We would like to propose our software development services to all Cooperatives here in Philippines. 

Can we request a list of cooperatives in the Philippines including their email address so we can send out proposals

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we regret that we cannot provide the requested e-mail address  in view of RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as cooperatives are private organizations
