Good day. I would like to inquire regarding the process of  voluntary dissolution of cooperatives. What are the rights of the coop members? And can i withdraw my membership and my shares/investments during the proceedings? I was told that i am not allowed to withdraw my membership/shares/investments by KSK SMP Coop. because the process of voting for voluntary dissolution has taken place. And according to the admins, if KSK SMP Coop will have voluntary dissolution they are allowed to return my investments within 3 yrs; is this true and correct? I would highly appreciate your answer. Thank you
