I would like to request a copy of  

1) the audited financial statement of Kalasag Farmers Producers Cooperative (KALASAG) in San Agustin, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija from the years 2013-2018 or;

2) simply the financial statement of Kalasag Farmers Producers Cooperative (KALASAG) in San Agustin, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija from the years 2013-2018 (in case 1 is not available).
