May i request your good office of the following:
1. Rights of members in KSK Coop upon termination of membership
2. KSK COOP By-Laws
3. KSK COOP statement of assets from year 2013 to present

Is it legal for KSK Coop to sell 1,000 PHP each share with minimum of 50 shares in order for new members to join KSK COOP but upon termination of membership the member’s shares was based on book value instead of the total shares they bought? 

Thank you and may you be able to shed some light in this situation especially in pursuing the rights of Coop members.
