Good day! I am a Fourth year student of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Economics in Central Luzon State University. I would like to request information about cooperatives in the Philippines to be used in my narrative paper for my On-the-job Training since I had my OJT in a cooperative.

Specifically, I respectfully request for the following:
1. Total No. of cooperatives in the Philippines, their distribution per region, & breakdown according to types (credit, mi;ti-purpose, etc)
2. Membership of Newly Registered Cooperatives by Region, By type
