August 17, 2020 Dear Noel Rule, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 09, 2020 02:58:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Audited Financial Statements, COOP-PESOS Results of Tagum Cooperative and Panabo Multipurpose Coop.. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the respective offices of the subject cooperatives where such offices can be requested from our CDA Regional Office at r11@cda.gov.ph. May we inform you further that the COOP PESOS rating is prescribed as Performance Standards for all credit cooperatives and used to be submitted to the CDA by all credit cooperatives. In 2013, PISO was developed as Performance Standard for all types of cooperatives and as result, COOP PESOS is no longer required to be submitted by the credit cooperatives to CDA. However, there are credit cooperatives which are still using PESOS as performance standard tool still. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Usec. Orlando R.
