I got an information that CDA office is no longer requiring cooperatives to submit Coop-PESOS report, In connection to this, I would like to seek your good office to please provide the information below in order to determine if all cooperatives are operating safe and sound according to performance standards set by CDA.

1. Overall Rating Summary on Performance Audit Report for Year 2021 based on the total percentage scores from:
   1.a. Governance and Management Report (GMR) 
   1.b. Financial Performance Standards for Cooperatives (STEPS)
