Hello!

I am an Assistant Professor of the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines Diliman.  My current research is on access to water in Metro Manila communities and would like to seek your help in obtaining the number of water cooperatives in NCR from 1997 to the present,  disaggregated by year.
