I would like to request information from Cooperative Development Authority pertaining to:

1. Top 100 Primary Cooperatives in the Philippines based on their total assets, net surplus and other financial performance measurement for the year 2019, 2020 and 2021

2. Top 100 Primary Cooperatives in the Philippines according to their performance rating based on Coop PESOS/STEPS for the year 2019, 2020 and 2021
